Anthony Cordaro is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and principal of AC Appraisal Inc. He has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1985 as a Real Estate Agent, Manager and Associate Broker for Century 21 Anco Realty and then Century 21 Maridon Realty. During this time, Mr. Cordaro became familiar with the sale of Real Estate, various types of mortgage financing and the appraisal of Real Property. Mr. Cordaro is also an associate Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Cordaro has completed all Real Estate Appraisal courses required by the Department of  State. His education consists of sponsoring organzations including ; Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Institute, Appraisal Education Network and Hud. Mr.Cordaro also regularly attends seminars, lectures and meetings relevant to the appraisal industry and real estate market.

Anthony Cordaro has been actively engaged full time in the Appraisal of Residential and Commercial Real Estate since 1992. Aeas of expertise include the appraisal of residential properties, which include one to four family dwellings, individual condominium and cooperative units; commercial properties, apartment buildings (preparation of Narrative reports, 71A, 71B, and UCIAR commercial appraisal forms); desk reviews; field reviews; foreclosure appraisals; BPO appraisals, drive by appraisals and land appraisals.

Mr. Cordaro is a Designated FHA (HUD) Roster Appraiser.

Clients include banks and other lending institution, attorneys, investors and private institutions. AC Appraisal Inc. subscribes to all modern and perinent data sources which include  Comps Inc, Experian, Multiple Listing Service, Realist, Redlink and Online Residential. Up to date FEMA flood maps, current public record data, census tract and zoning information. E mail capability via Electronic Data Interface (EDI) with Adobe Acrobat PDF.
